Agreed. Hopefully we've learned from that CL dead rubber a few years ago where we lost Jota for several months.

At the time, Jota was not a starter. And these dead rubber games are often used for the players who are not regular starters to get some much needed playing time. I am certainly not expecting that we will use any of the starting XI for the Man Utd/Arsenal league games against Union SG/West Ham, but we will still field a strong team with all of the backup XI featuring ...

Bit mad given how bad we were that season. Although I think 8 of those goals came in 2 League cup games against Chesterfield, and a fair few more against a team from Cyprus in the CWC. Still, they all count!

Great night and speaking to quite a few people about the game, the sense of peace and enjoyment of a game where the game is king. Not the ref. Not the fucking scum in the FA. Not PGMOL or the other arseholes was there to see.

Two teams kicking a football about and it was great fun and a great night.

PGMOL, The Premier League and the c*nts in the FA have turned a beautiful sport into some angry twat of a monster. Fuck them.
