In the future, this is how you post youtube videos here.

1. start a post, click on the Flash button (1st button on 2nd row)
2. in the first Flash bracket, adjust the size of the video from the default 200,200 (I usually use 640,400 or 480,270 but you can experiment)
3. take the URL of the youtube page and paste it between the Flash brackets
4. remove the "watch?" and the "=" from the URL address you pasted, and place a "/" after the "v"
5. Done!
