I like Brighton. They try to do things a bit different to most mid table teams full of cloggers.

If Graham Potter called round to service my boiler (no euphemism), I wouldn’t bat an eyelid. Doesn’t look like a Premier League manager but seems to be doing a decent job.

;D Yep, he's a decent change from the usual crap.

Being 8 points behind us in the form we're in is pretty amazing though, they're on course for a 90 point season.

Oh it is great what they are doing, but we are on course for 112pts and not getting the respect that deserves. We really should be looking at doing the treble this season

Hinchcliffe has just informed us that with both coaches making late subs, it’s because both want to win the game.

I admit I’m gobsmacked - football managers trying to win a football match. Whatever next.

Wish teams would try against us more, instead of cowering in their own box.

Its tactical. Some teams don't even try to win games but rather try to draw or limit damage as GD can make a difference to premier league survival.

One reason why United get to score a lot more during counter attacks was because teams treat them as lower or at most equal. They know they have a chance against them.  In contract, the number of counter attacks we had in comparison with Klopp's first 3 seasons appears to have fallen off.

Off a cliff yeah. That was our entire gameplan- the ultimate aim of our pressing, which was the fundamental aspect of our game. We was prolly (and I'm adding "prolly" because I don't want to sound like an arse) the best counter attacking team under Klopp in the league until the start of 2018.
With the acquisitions of Fabinho and to a lesser extent, VVD, we just dropped that game immediately and stepped up into a new level of control.

Compared to our game before, we've had rare incidents of scoring on the counter.

Wait a min, I m confused.
You re saying that Potter is a servicer of Boilers?

Just to make sure that noone gets hurt, can be all 3 things at once: ie a Potter, a Servicer of Boilers AND a football coach playing tikitake with a team of cloggers?
That would be the holy troika I wish for.

Quite looking forward to the game tonight.

For one, I can forget about my nervousness for our game tomorrow but also, this one could be anything considering the state of both clubs at the moment. From memory, West Ham tend to do well at home to Arsenal - although I might be completely wrong on that one.

Carra just said United's opening 30 was the best 30 minute spell he's seen against Pep's City team. :o

The second half in the 4-3 game when we absolutely battered City, or the 3-0 in the CL in the 1st half.

Quite the contrast between the two managers here. Ljungberg looks like a the lost student who inadvertently stumbles across Pellegrini’s castle and knocks on the door to seek shelter for the night only to wake up to find the Chilean gorging on his blood in the dead of night. Possibly.

The space between Arsenal's center mids and their center backs is very inviting, once West Ham bypass Arsenal's press, they have all the time in the world to cause problems.
