I'm pretty sure if we had new owners taking over tomorrow the ticket price freeze announcement would have been delayed. No better PR for new owners to breeze in saying they wont be increasing prices.

Everything feels flat again after a couple of days worth of hope

Glad I've got some work on tomorrow.
the thing is, every time some info raises our hopes, only to be dashed again, my hatred for the two owners increases. Illogical but unavoidable. Sell, damn you, sell!

I can see all the clubs who have been docked points kicking up a massive amount of noise if we were in the same situation as them and treated any differently, and in all honesty who could blame them? Cant have 1 rule for the big guys and another for the little guys.

I'd keep more of an eye on West Ham and their issues.  The rumours are that the banks are going to take ownership.  If that's true then watch to see what the FA/Premier League do.  If they do nothing then it would probably increase the chances of RBS taking on the club short term before selling rather than placing in administration if that were to become a significant risk, or instead of refinancing the loans with Hicks and Gillett.

They are due but wouldn't have thought that would be the case.  They didn't announce last years.

Would you announce them publically after they spent how much on themselves? £2-3 million in last years alone.

Can they be seen by the public though from Companies house? Or do you have to be registered?

Here you go as broken down by ttnbd. Bear in mind "last year" accounting reporting was for 2007, so this years will be for 2008:

At the refinancing I'm not sure.  They drew down £245m at Kop Football Holdings level and £14.4m at club level.  The £245m covered the debt that was showing as at 31 July 2007 on Kop Football Holdings Limited.

When do they legally have to publish the books by?

Filing date is 31 May 2009, any later and they get fined.  The likes of the premier league and uefa will already have a copy as they require them by march to obtain relevant licences/go ahead for european competition I think.

I was wondering if they were going to try and keep everything under wraps incase it doesnt look too good, but I guess thats not really an option if they will get fined.

depends what the fine is i guess.  If its like a 20 grand fine it may be worth it to save face till the club is sold
