Yep, he's been finished since he left here. Shame like. The A League is well worse than MLS so I think he should be a no go for those teams as well. Should retire and just look back on a career that 99% of footballers wish they could have had.

The A-League doesn’t belong in the same sentence as the MLS, it’s that bad.

Always thought Perth was a strange move for him given it had a stricter quarantine regime than the eastern seaboard plus every away game being a minimum 5-hour flight away.

Can understand him wanting to move out there, just not a great place for football at a top level, I think a lot also don't realise that MLS has come on itself and is a different league to what it was when Beckham went over to LA.

I thought at the time that not many clubs probably wanted to take a chance on him, given his injury problems. It was a shame what happened when he went to Turkey as if he was able to carry on playing I'd have backed him to find his feet.
