Its called being a student away from home, but u see, if I buy it now, I can watch some then take it home at Christmas to watch on the 42in flatscreen ;D

To be honest only things I tend to watch online are our games and Neighbours...

Mainly use the laptop for DVDs

the best mini-series I've ever seen, I just love it. I've got the book, but I haven't finished it yet being lazy, but is a good read ;)

I've seen it like 6 or 7 times. I hate when Muck and Penkala dies.

Spot on there, I hate the way they die.

It is one of those programmes were you actually feel something towards some of the characters.  I am yet to watch the making of it DVD but I am looking forward to it.

Undoubtedly the best television series ever made. You can easily watch it over and over and over again and it never gets boring. Fantastic show.

had it on DVD but managed to lose a couple of the DVDs  :butt. havnt brouhgt it again just incase they turned up. No joy yet.
Just seen its available on Blu-ray. Any1 got it on bluray is the quality better what about sound

some are better than others

the second one going in to Normandy is great

the last couple are a little slow

I remember watching the one at Bastogne in the winter on an off dayfrom work

you heard the sound of scrunching snow under their feet, then going out to the mail box and hearing the same sound and thinking I was glad to be going back to warm house and not a dangerous cold fox hole

It is an interesting structure, when what is usually the big finale of a programme is so low key. After the intensity of the previous episodes, I kept expecting some huge disaster to happen.
