Is there a maximum number you can have on your list before it starts to “block” you transferring them?

I have tried to transfer my Sheff united ticket and am getting a message saying “The maximum quantity has been exceeded by Mr (name of who I am trying to transfer to)”.

Any help much appreciated?

How did you resolve this? Live Chat have told me on 4 separate occasions in the last 24 hours they have fixed it for me but it's still the same error you were getting

The lad i was forwarding ticket to hadn't downloaded his NFC pass. Once he did I was able to forward the ticket no problem

Hope it’s ok to add here, rather than a new thread.

I transferred Atalanta tickets to my friend on f&f list and it refunded me some money. It was an Adult to Adult transfer. It was back row so maybe they charged too much originally?

Any ideas why? Worried the ticket won’t work now.

Should be fine

Login to your account and go to history and select payments. It will show as a refund or what.
