There's been some great stuff about this fella posted in various places this last few days. Sounds like he was a pretty amazing fella. Rest in peace, and thoughts with his friends and family, but you'd hope they'd have some great memories.

The 2014 Liverpool FC supporters friendship visit to Moenchengladbach will be held in memory of my great pal and the great friend of Liverpool FC - Tom Smith.

I have had a specially commissioned friendship flag made in his memory which will be unveiled in Moenchengladbach during the freindship visit weekend (2nd May to 5th May 2014) of LFC supporters.

The flag has been made in Tom's memory & wiill be unveiled in Gladbach on the first night of the official friendship visit and again on matchday in the official BMG Fanhaus.

I can confirm that during the 2015 & 9th Annual Liverpool FC Supporters Friendship Visit to Moenchengladbach the flag to honour Tom Smith - true friend of Liverpool FC - will once again be unveiled in Moenchengladbach during the BMG/LFC Fan Party.
