yes there is an engine freeze so no upgrades so they can use the same engine and have just bought it

but i just find it funny, when they come into the sport it isnt long before theres rumours they will leave, they plough through years of shit, then as soon as they get it right they leave, no sooner do they leave there are rumours they will come back
