Depends on your account.
I know people that can have all sorts of numbers from £10 right up to £50. Annoyingly they're one of them that don't tell you the max stake until you try to place it.
I don't get any boosts on 365  :D
Ah sound.

They don't offer it to successful accounts on there even with such limits on it? I'm surprised they don't close yours down yet then ;D

We got a message saying no bet today and any missing days will be added to months subscription. Can't be any fairer than that Billy..

My son's work syndicate have been on from the beginning and are now having a hundred on Betfair , a few of them backed the 5-30 again in the bookies and watched it in a pub in town.

We got this message last night about 7-30, it is 5/4, 6/5 now

I have one I quite fancy tomorrow and I don't think it will be much bigger than 13/8. This is my minimum price. You could wait to see if it a better price in the morning but I have backed it with a few bookies.

Kempton Wednesday 6-30 Cephalus  13/8

Was heavily backed when successful in Dec and then pipped twice when clear of the third in both races . Form has been boosted by the winner since. One of the main rivals tomorrow was behind last time and another is better over further.

I would Barney, I also love people winning money but one of our lads was even moaning when he heard I had put these on. I am buying my own subscription next month so we can do a family syndicate.
Too good to be True for £19.99, I will be in three then because I have joined my son's  Betfair now £150 a bet syndicate.
They only started with a £100 bank each but hit the ground running

Letting the pot grow, they are a tenner a man per race, £100 bank. They joined at the start of February and think they are in dreamland. My son said a big boss came in and said he sensed a real happy atmosphere in the building. Their boss said I think it's down to Billy Liddell :)
Some want to raise the bet to £20, Christ I would be £50 a bet if that happened..

There are many ways to approach possible bet increases. The best one is to wager as a proportion of your bankroll. So, if your bankroll is say £1,000 and you have a 50-unit bank at £20 a bet, you don't increase until a stage where the bankroll hits a certain limit. What that limit is depends on you. You might go to £22 if it reaches £1100, or wait to £1,250 for £25 bets or even £1,500 for £30 bets. Another option is to stake the same until the end of a calendar month. Then, check your bankroll and decide on the next month's stake. However, the number of units WITHIN the bank should remain the same IMO. It's always better to increase the number of units to safeguard against bad spells.

If the bankroll doubles (well done first of all), you can decide to take out half and revert to your previous wagering size and bankroll and you'll have eliminated all risk. Or, you could crack on and try to compound higher and higher.

A BAD idea is to get carried away and massively increase your stakes too early. Bad runs can and will happen, and if you increase your stake size too quickly and the bad run happens in the midst of it, you'll end up losing far more than if you go down the more sensible route. In fact, you could have a situation where you're in the red despite the system itself being in the black.

Mind you might be for the best not going too big.

Reckon if they were all lumping on with the current strike rate they’d be getting limited or accounts being closed soon enough.

Really can't believe it, that's five winners out of five and we have backed 11 winners from only 15 bets. The Betfair lads had £250 on that.

We have a bet already sent for tomorrow but I can't really post until people have got their money on and my moany mate wants me to stop anyway.

Just seen this - very impressive tipping from Billy, hope his winning run continues for you cormack!

On another note, only two weeks until Cheltenham! The anticipation is building now, I can’t wait. Going on the Wednesday this year, hoping for a better festival than the last couple where I’ve seemed to hit nothing but second and thirds!

Weirdly this is the most unenthusiastic I’ve been for Cheltenham in 20 years I think. Been the week I look forward to more than any other, but not going this year. Ante post is largely dead as who knows where Willie will run his horses and NH racing just seems to lack the clashes and competitiveness at the moment.

I’m sure I’ll feel it a bit more as it gets closer, but not sure I’ll be wagering anywhere near as much as usual this year

Agreed the Ante post market is terrible this year, I’ve normally got a few Accumulators on by now but with Willie having pretty much the monopoly it’s hard to know who’s going where. I’m sure once the running starts your interest will jump up mate, still plenty of decent match ups to be had. Looks like the champion hurdle might be a bit more competitive, Constitution hill now a doubt after being scoped this Morning, betting suspended on most betting sites. Surely Still a strong fave in state man but won’t be as short as CH you’d imagine

Hadn’t seen that about Constitution Hill. That’s a blow for the festival he’s the best around.

Still not sure it’ll make it much more competitive as State Man is out on his own compared to the rest
