Born in Walton, lived there in my Nans house til I was about 18 months, then moved out to Kirkby as my other Nan had been moved there when they demolished her house in Everton. Lived in West Vale for a bit, then moved to Tower Hill.Went to Overdale then Ruffwood. Moved to Southport in '87, Burscough last year and now live in Manchester.

Always thought it wasn't that bad a place to grow up, had all the fields to mess about in etc, seemed better than playing in the stinking back alleys off St Hilda street where my Nan lived.

Grew to hate living there by the time i was 18, sick of the robbing c*nts always trying to nick the car, you couldn't have fuck all there, fucking shit hole.

Didn't have post codes in the fifties so mail was addressed to Kirkby nr Liverpool.
Until the mobiles started coming around it was a fair walk to the shops back then.

His name is Andy Grant, pretty hard to miss if you know him. he's about 4 foot tall, skin head (last time i saw him anyway), dead skinny used to play the drums in a death metal band called Infected.

the issue is not are you scouse the issue is are you from the city of liverpool and if you live in kirkby or any of the non liverpool areas then you are an OOTer facts are facts , local tickets for local supporters local issues for a liverpool life forum.

Northwood myself mate, Land of No Opportunity and Isolated as hell and theres no decent boozers in my part of Kirkby.
Been wanting to get out of there for awhile now myself.

i think you would be telling the truth but the way you spell copplehouse (coppell) and fazakerley with a (c) says to me you are an OOTer, because liverpool and fazak people would never spell it like that .
