I've had that happen when using IE. I tend to use Mozilla Firefox and that always works fine.

God I feel like the biggest tool constantly coming back here and whining, but I am indeed using Firefox yet this cruel, cruel world is still insistent upon depriving me of Xabi's wise Spanish words!!
