The 5-1 against Newcastle away was pretty special. We battered them that day. I mean, genuinely slaughtered them.

The 6-0 away at Newcastle wasn't bad either.

It's amazing that these games : Newcastle 6-0
                                                   Norwich 5-1
                                                   Spurs 5-0
                                                   Everton 4-0
                                                   Arsenal 5-1

Have all come in the space of about a year under the guidance of Brendan Rodgers. I'm starting to think we have hit the jackpot with this guy.

Beating the mancs 4-1 away under Rafa is still our greatest victory in the premier league era though imo.

Birmingham v Liverpool
September 12, Barclays Premier League

Paul Konchesky and Raul Meireles made their Liverpool debuts as the Reds played out a 0-0 draw with Birmingham City at St Andrews. Roy Hodgson's side had Pepe Reina to thank for securing a share of the spoils as the Spaniard delivered a goalkeeping master class in a first half in which the hosts enjoyed the better of the action.
