Due to Liverpool qualifying for the Champions League Final, we have received an exceptional amount of phone calls and emails. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a response.  For those who have booked Champions League Final travel with us, you should have already received  a confirmation number. We will be in touch at the end of next week asking for your passport information. We will send your ATOL certificate and Flight tickets by email no later than 3 days before travel.

For any other customers not related to the Champions League, we are still processing your bookings as normal. We are sure you will appreciate that this may take us a little longer than normal.

Anyone else on Sport Options charter flight out from Liverpool early hours of Saturday morning? Not sure of the exact time yet due to slots but my mate was told around 3am or 6am.

SO are hoping to email us on Monday 21st with the flight details.

You have to send them your passport details asap with your booking ref in the subject line too. They sent emails today - name, dob, passport number and expiry date

If it was through booking.com then best to complain to them as I think they are legally obliged to sort you out

Happened to me (3 have so far cancelled) say they will 'do their best to refund the difference', asked them to clarify what that actually means and have seems to be they suggest something else, you book on the link they give you, pay and after you have stayed send them receipts for refund of difference. Happened to Paul Cope off TAW too, he recommended getting it clear in writing that they will reimburse in a certain timescale so you don't get caught if they end up in a dispute with the original accommodation.

Anyone had this or the confirmed times back from Sports world? Still not had the confirmed times. Not sure why they publicise flight times if they know these are subject to change.

We are currently waiting on KBP (Kiev airport) to approve our final landing and take-off slots.  We have been advised this will be Tuesday 15th.  The aircraft are fully paid, confirmed and Liverpool John Lennon have approved everything, so once we have the final information from Kiev we can send your e-tickets. 
 
At this moment in time Kiev have informed us that there are over 50 aircraft trying to depart after the match and that it is likely that day stop return flights will be delayed until the morning of the 27th.  TUI are working with the airport management team to come up with the best possible solutions. However, please be informed we may get drastically different return times from originally applied. Unfortunately, the decision for these times will sit with the airport, the local organising committee, and UEFA CLF operations, and not us.     
 
The priority is getting as many supporters to and from Kiev for the final.   
 
Our team will continue to keep you informed as information is received.

Yes I received that last week and hoped for an update today but nothing further.  They did say confirmed flight times before everyone booked and now not known . Hope we are not changed to midday or something stupid like that as technically wouldn’t be a day trip!!

Some girl called Gemma from Sportsworld told me when I enquired, the flight closes 45 mins before due take off. After that there’s nothing they can do to help. If we go to pens, and win, we won’t get out of the ground until 0030 at least. Then trying to get on transport for a 35/40 minute tourney to the airport and get through security etc before 0220?! Be a close one! 😳😂

No offence mate, but if you thought it was going to be a calm walk in the park with thousands of people trying to board 50-odd planes, possibly after extra time and penalties you're being a bit naive.

Long shot but does anyone know if you can get Ukranian sim cards in Poland (Krakow or Przemysl). I'm booked on a 13 hour train from Krakow to Kiev on the Friday but the only way work would let another member of my team go as well was as I offered to work on train if necessary. I'm OK in Poland with EU roaming but gonna struggle with the afternoon if I can't get hold of one before I get on train, apparently the train WiFi is as reliable as Virgin West Coast(!). I leave on 23rd for Krakow so eBay specials won't now get here in time......

I spoke to them last night after I'd booked somewhere else and asked for the arrangement in writing and was sent this paragraph in an email:

SportsWorld said they would provide both boarding passes at Liverpool so you don’t need to check in unless you lose the boarding pass for flight back.

Agree 3.05am was cutting it fine and another hour or two would be good just not another 10 hours!!

Which network you on? Was people saying in here that Vodafone is £6/day for Ukraine, check what your network offer.

If Istanbul and Athens are anything to go by mate we won’t necessarily be traveling back on the correct planes anyway! Don’t think I showed a passport or boarding pass to one single person on the way out from either - it’s a bit of a free for all and completely carnage
