I think there is 1 bus leaves Kiev at 6:55pm on Sunday and gets into Warsaw at 11am on Monday left if that's any use?

Not sure if this has been posted on the previous 50-odd pages, but Three contract customers can get something called Data Passport that gives you unlimited data usage on the day of purchase until midnight UK time. Should be ideal for those on a day trip and it costs a fiver.

Personally I thought the fan park was boss in Basel, supermarket selling cold beer right next to it all day so it wasn't overpriced. I'm too young for 2007 and before however, so I cant assume its always like that

Wasn't that just the square we were assigned (with a museum up the steps etc)? The actual UEFA fan park had the EL trophy to be pictured with and some kind of football game going on and merch stalls.

You could be right that there was another fanpark, but still I thought our square was still an official one, with TV screen, music etc. Either way I cant wait for a repeat of that in 8 days time!

your best hope to spot a fake i think is top right hand corner of the ticket is a perforated outline of the Cup itself. hold it up to the light and its made up of lots of small pin holes. difficult to see on the front of the ticket because the colour is a dark blue. easy on the back to see it as its a white background where it is.

in fairness they look fairly unsophisticated tickets in the grand scheme of things

Definitely not the most secure tickets I've ever had but the perforated cup is probably difficult to replicate!

A tip. Apparently there is a more beneficial exchange rate if you make the effort to go to the bureau de change in Departures rather than Arrivals at the airport.

I'm on a train from Krakow and apparently they don't sell Ukranian sims even at the change of trains before the border. I need to have access to emails etc for work on the journey so have opted for a vodafone 1 month rolling contract with data (various options) and then it's a £6 charge to use that data roaming outside EU. Think you can do something similar with 3.

Just managed to blag £22 of Ukranian currency off a city fan who went there earlier in the season for £15. Hopefully avoid all queues at the airport and straight into a cab!!!!
Shite currency. They have 2 Hryvnia notes which works out at about 5p. Gonna be some notes in your wallet

Hi all, have a coach innovations Warsaw - Kiev - warsaw ticket for sale. Booked to travel together but me Dad can’t travel due to medical issues. They’ve agreed to transfer name for free but no refund. Would have a flight but Lufthansa won’t allow a name change so that leg is stuffed! Priced at £159.
