Just phoned up ETC. They dont know yet whether they are using last years application forms..they are waiting for the draw and 'directives from Uefa' and will make an announcement next week 'sometime'.

Whose going anyway...regardless of where we go?

I'll be there with a couple of mates regardless where it is.
Still got a couple of last seasons app. forms for tickets somewhere I think. Looking forward to the draw, hope budget airline goes where ever we go. Will book flights tomorrow after draw, can't bloody wait!!

i asked today could i use some spare ones and they didnt know yet..... any chance u can scan one in and attach it so us lot can print it off??

End of September - see thread about it in tickets forum, but would suggest you apply asap in case they close the membership early.

I've reapplied. They've taken the money from my bank about a couple of months ago, but I've received nothing as yet. I'll be going to a couple or a few early rounds, subject to where they are.

I'm pretty sure there's sommat on here (or maybe ilsa.org) that links to a download of that form. But not sure if they are valid for this season.
