I guess he’s in the 1% then.

How many players have turned them down already this summer they might be on for another record  ;D :D

It's great to be associated with players of that calibre and shows intent, or some such bollocks...

I wonder if they've heard James Rodriguez is currently looking for a club. He fits all the requirements for an Everton signing, past it and free, with the emphasis on free.

I can't blame him.  It's weird when a player that's just gone through a relegation season then transfers to another club that in all likelihood is going to spend the season fighting relegation.  Neil Redfearn did it in the 90s with Barnsley, Charlton and Bradford in consecutive seasons but even he didn't risk going to Everton.

Looks like they’ve put all of their effort into that signing alone too, none too clever.

That’s grossly unfair.

They were in the conversation for Bill Toure who responded by saying “Fuck off” and signing for Atalanta.

They are now hoping to complete a swap deal using Maupay for another striker. No doubt the club in question will also respond “Fuck off”.

They’re having a rude awakening now. Finishing top or bottom-half makes a difference to who you can attract. Consecutive relegation battles makes it even harder I’m sure. They (the targets) will definitely be looking at the risk of playing lower league football next year.

On a scale of 1 to 'He just gets it, lad', I think he may only be behind Big Dunc after netting twice and seeing four red cards in 24 appearances next season.

Apparently they've not had a shot on target. In deep shit again aren't they. I worry about Luton and Sheffield United but then again I thought Fulham and Bournemouth were both 100% down last season at the start and that went differently. Think Burnley will be around the top of the bottom half.

I think they need to find a better striker than Calvert Lewin amongst a few others. Michael Keane will play more next season I think which is very encouraging.

With the amount of developments that don't get finished in the city, that makes them truer to the city than us since we get our building finished.  ;D

The late Victoria Wood would be an improvement on their current strikeforce, as would the Great Soprendo.
