I must admit that I have a strangely geeky addiction to this program.

It's funny, because I have a somewhat irrational hatred of nearly all the contestants who tend to bring a whole new dimension to the term "sad".

Am I the only person who suffers this affliction?

But yes - love the show and infatuated with Vicky Coren. The only woman hotter is Sylvia from Parades End.

Wouldn't be too confident, can you imagine an argument between those two? It would probably end with one of them being bludgeoned to death with a thesaurus.

Not at all. This, along with University Challenge and Pointless, is essentially geekly viewing for me.

Not going to lie. I usually get nothing right until the final round. I'm great at filling in the vowels

I haven't watched this series, but I do like the programme. However, I do find Victoria Coren very irritating and patronising.

Really i find her extremely funny with plenty of cleavage. My wife thinks she's brilliant and loves her sense of humour

Nice to see there is a thread on this. I love it

It really is a fiendishly difficult quiz and it's extremely satisfying on the rare occasions that I can spot the connection before the contestants (who are usually total geeks and very good).

Think its the second semi-final tonight and the final next week.

Vicky Coren is Pro poker player too. I sat at her table a few years back in a poker tourney and she is fucking good as you'd expect from a Pro player.
