Re Anderson, looks like you're right Cleary. Taylor's been having a go at him for staying put - though I heard it's not because of this contract, which won't hold up, but the threat of DRA actio becauise of the jiggery pokery between him and Daz Fitton at the Grand Slam.

I think he'd be mad not to defect, what with qualifying for the new tour card over the next two years. I've heard Whitlock and Waites and Webster will be heading over - cloudier with O Shea and Fitton (see DRA above).

However, if Anderson wins Lakeside  - a big if given how vulnerable he is over a short format - will be be able to resist the lure of a PL wildcard, especially if the DRA thing has blown over, or made to blow over?

Has that been investigated? Or is that just rumour?

(the nonsense at the grand slam)

The DRA are investigating it.

Not sure how they can prove anyhting sinister went on. Two mates played the format, as far as I can see. Fittup, sorry Fitton, could have made it slightly less obvious though. He put one dart at tops in the 0 of the 20!

BetFred's popped up with a price on Carlos Rodriguez. They've gone 4/11, best price on offer with the bookies who are offering odds and it'll be that little bit sweeter when you take it off that bald twat.

Russells just travelled for 31 hours to get here, we got back to mine about 12 midday, he got straight on the JD, and we had a practice!!!!
Hes very long odds because this is his first PDC tv tourney but fuck me is he playing well!!
Paul Nicholson hit 49 180's today, an 18 darter on his knees aswell!
Im liking 6-1 for Russell against Lewis!

So, the Phil Taylor Championship starts tonight then?

Here's a quick prediction. Someone, during the early rounds, will get a 2-0 or 3-0 lead on Taylor and then fuck it up royally and lose all composure. That will be the only time he even looks remotely like losing a match and eventually he'll just win again. Yay!

So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.
