Yes! They have messed it or or kept the tickets to themselves. I usually have a good success rate but absolutely nothing went up so will be interesting if anyone got anything

When people were testing in the other thread last week it seemed just browsing the site can cause it, it must be a certain amount of requests in a given time but not sure what it is, even a refresh and trying the button was triggering it in the Chelsea sale.

I've seen LFC Help saying to not have multiple browsers open, but if they're looking at an IP then someone else on your network also trying will fuck you.

They 100000% messed up the sale and have kept a portion of tickets for themselves or will sell at a later date at full price.

There are loopholes
There are workarounds
And there are queue bypasses

They have tried to prevent them but they have gone for the lazy approach it seems and banning the normal fan and today they put the wrong game on sale or linked the Everton game to the Chelsea hallmap. Shocking.

The standard reply I saw a chain when someone asked them about bots and they said that THIS bollocks is what they're doing to sort out the bots. They've got no idea what they're doing.

You still have to select your tickets during the autocup sale. So potentially you could get blocked for 12 hours if you refresh the webpage too much. Even the old old system a few years ago was much better than we have now.

It worries me who's making these decisions and their responses being 'try not to refresh', they don't understand how their product works or their use cases.
