Think I am the only one who does not get the hype around this series. Watched the first season and cant get myself to watch another episode of this.

I like it, but don't love it. The moral lessons at the end, although usually covered up with humour, are what put me off the most.

The Chang plot line was the funniest thing they've ever done. Well, at least on a par with the Goodfellas and Paint Ball episodes.

Just seeing him standing surveying the wreckage of the fire his own incompetence started and his inner monologue saying "I'd poked my nose where it didn't belong." had me in absolute stitches.

To each their own.  It's definitely a show you've got to watch a few times before you really start to love it.  You also need to pay attention, as a lot of it is "meta" humor.

Definitely. It was just a decent show when first watching it at the start of season 1, but hen it just got better and better. You get to love the characters adn the very originial plots are hillarious...

Not sure if this is a coincidence or just reading too deeply into the show, either way, it makes me smile.

Finally caught up with this seasons episodes, pretty great so far. Loved Chang's film noir plot in the last one, the voiceover stuff was hilarious, "Let her go like a lobster claw letting go of a small balloon for lobsters."

And poor old Todd :( It was good to see them show how outsiders would see the group but it was so mean spirited! Was this Community's 'Frank Grimes' episode?

Omar has been great too. He had the line of the episode - "We had a name for people like you in prison: the mean clique".

Superb stuff. That's what sets it apart from other sitcoms - it's so inventive and clever without being smart-arsey.

The end credits part with the goatees and the 'Evil Troy and Evil Abed' song was just genius.

And if you want to work out those timelines, here's a handy chart

There's people saying that the Abed timeline was the right one: http://whendoilaugh.tumblr.com/post/11446145916/abeds-timeline-was-real-not-jeffs

And then others saying it was Jeff's http://greendale101.tumblr.com/post/11447869721/jeffs-timeline-is-real-not-abeds

Wow, that was amazing. Straight in as one of the best episodes yet. Everything with the troll absolutely destroyed me, haha. Proper belly laughing at Troy's timeline and the scenes of madness/destruction, ridiculously brilliant.

I would love it if they went ahead with the evil timeline being real, at least for a couple more episodes, that would be hilarious.

"Evil Troy and Evil Aaaaaaaabed"

This show is by far the best comedy around at the moment and quickly becoming one of my all time favourites. So inventive, smart and funny. The characters are all fleshed out and interesting, rather than just gag machines, it's quite amazing that it's so funny as well.

Awful news at least we'll get the rest of this season if its not renewed for a 4th season. My copy of series 1 on dvd only turned up last week as well.

This guy knows his stuff on US telly. He seems to think that it will return at some point, if only to show the remaining episodes of the third season.

Bloody hope so. NBC have really Britta-ed this one up....
