The problem is for Pacheco... I'm not saying he will fail, but this is a huge ask. To play in a 2nd string side, away in th e freezing cold etc etc, it's hardly the best environment to put in a great display.

It might well be that he's one of many players who don't really get going and then Hodgson can turn around and say "well, I gave him a chance".

I can see a 4-4-2 with Pacheco off Babel, or perhaps Cole off Babel with Pacheco on the wings. Expecting a 4-4-2 at least.

He should not be judged on this game alone and he wont be but he has his shot. He needs to be able to deliver under pressure.

Big game. Big chance for him under a new manager.

I really hope it goes well for the lad.

Thanks goodness Lucas is on the bench. Hope he stays there safe and sound ready to return at Villa on Monday night. We need him in the premier league as he is an essential first team player now. Would like Aurelio to come through unscathed to, so he can replace PK as the rightful LB!

Hope we don't get another Northampton experience (although maybe that will be a blessing in disguise with regards to fixture congestion) The line-up has a mix of youth and experience, so will be interesting to see how they go.

They generally do a mash of links, sopcast, veetle, tvu, web links depends on what stream are available. Pretty good site though.

That's true enough but I'm going to take a positive.

Seems Roy likes a settled first eleven and it's games like these are the only way to get in.
