I've never actually heard any sort of Carlton Palmer punditry or commentary or whatever the hell he does, but after that Paddy Power advert where pops up out of that mans bath...well I'm not sure I'm much of a Carlton Palmer fan after that. I don't think listening to him sounds wise.

Clive Tydsley, I believe, is a Manchester United fan. I think he should be commended for how he puts that aside and is so staggeringly pro-Liverpool during our games, he gets very excited when we score, praises Rafa and the players, constantly brings up the history and the pride of the club, and never shows any of the bias against us that you'd expect. I think he has a good voice for commentary too.

Jamie Redknapp has apparently been banned from Ashburton Grove for awhile. Some of his celebrations, in a box right in front of Arsenal fans, are apparently quite provocative, not so sure I like that he has been banned from that but anything to limit seeing him before the end of the season. Hopefully we extend the ban anyway to part of next season

Surprised Chris Kamara isn't on the list. He's similar to Andy Gray as they both have an issue with certain things, for example rotation and zonal marking, and make no attempt to entertain the benefits of these, instead focus negatively on them whenever they can. Andy Gray has also partly taken credit for our good form this season.

I remember Richard Keys saying something at half time of the Villa game after Gerrard had scored the first penalty, how perhaps Gerrard was taking notice of sky when they show the positions he usually puts the ball as he kept rotating it. What a load of shite. I'm sure a world class footballer decides where he's going to put a penalty on the basis of "well Sky said I put it left last time so...", nothing to do with Gerrard perhaps doing a bit of homework on the goalkeeper and seeing if there's a pattern in the direction he dives.

I don't give a damn about the pundits at half time, I can quite happily not watch or listen at half-time, let them say what they want. But having to sit through 90 mins of John Champion or any of the Sky muppets is usually enough to ruin the game for me.
