Some #mufc players feel Ten Hag's approach does not suit their skill set and they would favour a more pragmatic approach against Liverpool [@samuelluckhurst]

That basically translates to dive a lot and kick our players doesn't it.

Protest/boycott incoming from the Manc’s

https://www.thisisanfield.com/2022/08/man-united-fan-group-confirms-plan-for-protest-ahead-of-liverpool-game/

Funny how they haven't mentioned the assaults on stewards, the assaults on police, the assaults on passers by, tipping cars over, ripping barriers down, breaking into Old Trafford, vandalism and attacking the opposition teams coach.

Even funnier that after 'coachgate' that the media weren't all over it.

It's almost like the media are a gang of c*nts with an agenda.

The Glaziers are "systematically starving" Utd then eh. 1 billion invested in the team is systematically starving them ?  They'd made some shit calls, they take a fortune out of the club but that's a ridiculous thing to say. Mike Ashley should buy them I say

I follow Ligue 1 and can say that he's won't be a sugar daddy based on how he has managed Nice.

I think he'll be ostensibly better than the Glazers, but that they'll also lose their 'but the glazers' excuse for everything going wrong [which they didn't seem to deploy as much 2005-2013 for some reason]. He might give the stadium a lick of paint, because apparently that's part of why Ten Hag partners a dwarf with a fridge at center back. They'll only be able to look at themselves if it goes wrong under Radcliffe. Which I think it still probably will to be honest.
3 midfielders minimum in the next window. And probably another young CB to boot.

Anything else is negligent.

Found it quite funny when I read somewhere they Palace could be looking to buy back Wan Basaka for 10 million. Who they sold to Utd or 50 million.
Remember when they signed him the nonsense that was getting shouted about not only by their fans but by the media ?  Englands best right back, better than Trent, solves the full back option for them for 10 years.

The weirdest thing about Wan-Bissaka is that he was a winger in their youth set up. Bit mad given how poor he was going forward. Probably explains why Ayew is still getting shake for Palace.

Time's like this, it's gutting that transfers rarely happen between rivals in this league. Like the rest of Europe, it'd be lovely to offload ageing tat to dumb rich clubs with delusions of grandeur and no real plan.

Sure, the league's so rich we can still enjoy the benefit with lower level teams like Bournemouth or Crystal Palace, but they're a notch below the level's that'd be transformative (and hilarious) to receive like 60m for a granddad

It must be very frustrating to come from a club where all the players are prepared to run all game to a team where only 2-3 do. I'd make them run laps too.

Ten Games has already lost the dressing room.
If they don't manage to get rid of Ronaldo, however that comes about, they've got a massive problem.  It's Man U so chopping off the head will likely mean another three will grow (wasn't it supposedly Pogba and Lingard that were the problem??) but removing Ronaldo would be a start.

It sounds like the Man U players are angling for the club transferring to Serie A.  Whether they like it or not and whether ten Hag likes it or not, if you don't run hard for 90 minutes in the Premier League the other team will and they'll run right over you.

I think they're stuck with him:

Borussia Dortmund is now seen as Cristiano Ronaldo’s last hope of a Manchester United exit.

🔴 A move to Sporting does not interest he who fannies about and dives around or Ruben Amorim
🔴 No chance of Atleti now
🔴 Ronaldo forced to run ‘punishment’ laps in training

📝
@JacobsBen

Dortmund would have to pay Ronaldo ~€20m for just this one season based on him only willing to take a 30% pay cut. There's no way that is happening.

My word!  If I had to name five clubs that I wouldn't expect to touch Ronaldo with a bargepole then Dortmund would be near the top.

Even ignoring the very ethos on which the club is run they've already signed three forwards this summer.  One of those being ten Hag's old mate Sebastien Haller - now there's somebody that might have been a good signing for Man U  ::)

The piece I read said Dortmund's doctors were very positive following his surgery, that they hoped for him to be involved prior to the World Cup and then have a mini pre-season during the World Cup.  Fingers crossed for him, of course.

They signed Modeste recently as well as short-term cover for Haller so the aging-but-cheap-striker-to-do-a-job role has already been taken  ;D
