You only have to pay to get better bandwidth mate, just click on the programme you want to watch on the right hand side and it'll load up.

Just download the Active X thing it tells you to, it may be a pop up at the top of the window like mine, took me a while to do it, its gone pretty shaky now too, was working perfectly before, guess more people now using it!
