Help Me Remember Band Name - Sleaford Mods - Thanks

Ive googled this for ages and I cant remember the name of a band

its a 2 piece band of two guys

more of a spoken word style in a poet kind of message with the other guy as providing the beat with no vocals

they did a somewhat commercial video a year or so ago that was filmed on the top deck of a bus

and for some reason I have 'thetford' in my mind as the name of the band or song

its irritating the crap out of me as I cant find the band on youtube at all
