I've not heard of him but I don't watch much outside of our games in the CL so no surprise.

Seems like those that do know him are made up with the signing so I'll jump on the bandwagon.

Absolutely buzzing with this signing. When the rumours started a few days ago I was already fully invested and would've been so disappointed to have missed out on him. Really exciting signing, genuinely one of the most talented young midfielders in the world. Love how much he wanted to join us too.

Sounds similar to Naby's two seasons at RBL

More seriously though, I don't think Klopp has ever particularly looked towards our midfield for goals. They have always primarily been the foundation from which to play three forwards and two attacking full-backs.

I expect Szoboszlai will be moulded similarly to Wijnaldum, for example. I've only seen Szoboszlai in YouTube compilations but he looks like he's got a really good all around game.

All things being honest, if Keita hadn't so many injuries, he would certainly be a starter and a top level box-to-box MF in Klopp's system. Unfortunately, that injuries prevented that.

I believe that if Szoboszlai is healthy along the journey, he will be a monster in our midfield.

Interesting we could have probably got Mount for the same price and we went with Szoboszlai instead. Recruitment team must hugely rate him, which is very encouraging.

If you think we're gonig to turn him into a workman like midfielder who keeps the ball you're sorely mistaken and he's made a massive mistake in joining us.

Pretty sure that Mount's greedy wage demands priced him out of any move to Liverpool. The interest in him ended very suddenly, probably about the time his agent said what he was expecting to be paid!
