Download is allowed once a season, if you wipe the phone or get a new one you can contact the club and they'll reset your account to allow another download, says in FAQ's

Thanks for that mate.

Anybody know what happens if the tickets aren't downloaded by the end of today?

I'm in a real dilemma and I think our tickets have gone.

I wouldn't worry. I have an email from them from last Wednesday that states:

Thank you for contacting Liverpool Football Club. I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

We are aware of this error, this is due to you having a seat move.

Please do not worry we have been advised your pass will be available to download by next week.

If you have any further queries please do no hesitate to contact us.

Of course, they don't specify when 'next week'. But they won't be taking your seat off you.

Yep, for this season

https://faq.liverpoolfc.com/portal/en/kb/articles/can-i-use-the-transfer-option-for-home-cup-games

To me that reads like you'll likely still be able to in future seasons, but you might not get the credit.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Anyone downloaded the friendly game passes?
I have downloaded my season ticket, but I get an error when I try to download the pass for the friendly games.
I am in a different spec to my ST, so I don't think it will be added to that.

Just hope they sort it soon.

Finally got a response about the 'alert' message about 'reserved items' in my account, so all good now.....

If you bought in the ST sale you use your ST pass to get in

If you bought in the general sale you will be emailed tickets.

Ah ok, thanks. I just thought as it has different seat details to my normal seat I would get a different pass.

no mate should be the 'same card', probs just update it in the ticket details it tells you your next game and seat info (once theyve updated it)

Probs get a text telling you your turnstile like members do too so you know where to rock up

Nice one. Thanks for confirming. I ticked all three ACS boxes and have 3 alerts so makes sense.
But they could have mentioned it to save themselves a load of queries too.

No worries.......and I entirely agree, they should've flagged it as there were clearly a fair few having the same issue.

Yes me too !!!,

Glad it’s not just me then. Keep trying once or twice a day to see if it’s been sorted but no joy. Seems they are aware of the issue. Maybe next week! Just hoping it all works fine for Burnley!

If they are paying members, they received instructions

If they are 'free' accounts once you transfer a game to them, they can login on their chrome/safari browser (with google pay/apple wallet already installed) and then click onto their personal details, then the ticket tabs and select the ticket and hit the download button

They download an individual ticket per match rather than a 1 time pass download

Could he name his membership as a F&F every game ? Told him to be careful

How is he borrowing it? It's all done via NFC now so it's not physically possible to borrow it unless he has the actual phone the ST is registered to.

As long as the ticket is transferred to him on a game by game basis via F&F then there should'nt be any issue. That's what it was set up for.

The ticket is in someone else’s name but has his phone number on I think .

Are other season ticket holders now seeing the first three home games in their online account and history? Mine all appeared last night and the wording for the transferring of tickets changed. Maybe information about the distribution of tickets to friends and family will come out soon as the option is now there with distribute and recall ticket. Although it doesn’t actually allow this to take place just yet.

Not announced yet, will be for members, not sure about ST's

Bayern have a policy along the lines of 'if you miss 3 games a season you lose your ST'

would be really disappointed if there isn't, not sure why STHS should be allowed to pass on at will while members can't, use it or lose it

Yeah people need to get away from the mindset of 'owning' the seat and being able to do as they please with it as they 'own' it.

Club really don't see it like this

Ok but what about those of us who are STH but live 200 miles from Anfield. It's simply not feasible to attend every match, especially due to work, family etc. That doesn't make us lesser fans nor should we be punished for the fact we don't live in Liverpool. Give some recognition for the fact that every home match attended is a 400 mile round journey/12 hours away from home.

Well if you can only attend a few games a season you shouldn’t really have a season ticket

Exactly. If you can't attend all (or near all games) then you shouldn't have a STH.
