The writer said there will be 2 more series’.

Brilliant first episode.
It might take our producers five minutes to find 60 economists who feared Brexit and five hours to find a sole voice who espoused it.

Right fucking bang back into it, excellent episode. No spoiler but that shot of the horse and Tommy and the shot of the coin flip. So many seriously good visuals. Love it

Watched it for the first time last night and, well, I'm not sure I get it.

I'm probably too late to the party but I'm not sure I'll stick with it.

It's the "company" bit I didn't get.

Is he a politician?  But made his money from racketeering, bookies, clubs etc.

And what's the connection between the gypsy camp, the stately home and the slum area and pub?

Yeah I do that's why I said I'm late to the party.

If last night had really grabbed me I'd be happy to watch from the beginning but it didn't and it felt very confused.

You need to watch series 1. It keeps things simple and invests you into the characters and that sets the scene for the larger and more convoluted plots that come in series 2 and 3.

After that you have enough to either stick with it or not, even though series 2 was probably the best.

Its only 6 episodes per series anyway.

When I saw Dick Emery's post game interview after we gave them their regular pasting, I thought, why do you sound like Luca Changretta in the Blinders?. Then I'm listening to the peaky podcast today and they said Unai learnt English from watching the Peaky Blinders. Just a tip if you are reading this, try to sound like the Brummies Unai, not the mafia blokes.

Spot on. It was like a music video at one point with all that big writing plastered all over the screen from fast n furious ft dj Khaled and his Belly Emberg man breasts. Was annoying

Second episode was ace. Rock on Tommy

I mean, the BBC have a big massive glass office on the Clyde, with a city full of license fee payers. This is the BBC’s flagship show, popular all over the world, and the fella turned up with that?
