A bit random but ... Rewatching it, the end of S1ep9 is one of my favourite moments in TV history. Fucking glorious.

Rami Malek won an Emmy to go with his Golden Globe for season 1 on the show. Fully deserved too.

So Season Two....

...Not brilliant. Had it's moments. Bit too much padding for me. That Finale was pretty good, not a huge fan of the cliffhangers or the amount
of information we now have (which is not very much):

Spoiler
Doesn't look good for Trenton and Mobley doesn't it? Really like to see Elliot in charge next season, and maybe not so much of WhiteRose's plan, especially
if it's some science fictional consciousness bullshit  :) Still love the show mind

My guess is that the Chinese have put a chip into Elliot.

I've enjoyed every episode but I think I'd enjoy them a lot more if I had a clue why people were doing what they're doing or what's being planned. In the first season Elliot at least seemed to have a few periods where he took control, constructed plans and knew what was going on, but in this season he's really been left in the dark and as a result so have we.

Spoiler
Stage 2 was pretty underwhelming too, after all of the build-up they're basically just destroying a backup of the thing they destroyed in season one. Also, did they execute stage 2 at the end of the finale? I know the power went out but not sure if it was just yet another outage or a result of the explosion.

Loved the finale, and thought Season 2 just about edged out Season 1 the closer to the end we got. Got so many answers this week too.

Wasn't happy with how it started but sure did find their way midway till the end. Was superb at the later stages.

Visually it is utterly brilliant, Kubrick like.

Storywise, I'd give Season 2 a B-. Season one was a solid A+.

Psyched for this. Season two was a slight letdown - felt like it took ages to get moving and I happened to guess the Prison plot line really early which sort of backfired in terms of enjoying such an unpredictable show - but this coming back is boss. Best show I watch, up there with Better Call Saul.

Ha ha it most certainly did but it gets a pass from me all the same, the first season was that good. If they fuck up another season I'll drop it like a sack of shite but something tells me thy won't.

I expect they'll start by streamlining the story and the number of players. A single objective the show and the viewer can reach for.
