Maybe if these reports are false which I really hope is the fact. may work in our favour with Barca thinking there is turmoil in our camp.

But I guess we all know now one of the main line of questions when Rafa does is pre-match press conference.

Think it's a good omen myself. Our players used to knock seven shades of shit out of each other all the time when winning European Cups and Leagues on a regular basis.

ive got this image of all the liverpool players walking back to the van to go back to hotel, being gently escorted by police, who are more interested in getting autographs than anything.  Then the drunken Dude decided to butt a bizzy, so breaks through crowd and jumps up and somehow flaps his butt and misses, the bizzies laff at him as carra grabs him at has a go about being focussed and keeping his eye on the target.

To be honest, I suspect some shit has gone on, but I think its been blown out of all proportion totally by the media.  Doubt we will hear much more about it apart from raffa dodging some questions with some cool quips during the week.

I think the story about the bar brawl and players headbutting police is false but the Bellamy/Riise story looks to be true (maybe not with a golf club), Riise's agent has said he will be leaving any comment on the allegations to the club, so this shows that the club are dealing with this and will be making a statement.

Momo was in my girlfriends restaurant last night, she asked him if there was any truth, he said it was all bollocks but i guess he would say that. Fair enough getting pissed and rowdy but if the bellas/riise story is true it doesnt look too great for either of them

There's nothing on the BBC website about this nonsense. Its mostly the commercial sites with desperate need for hits.

yer i think your right about the riise/bellamy game of golf.  I like bellamy to be honest, so really hope its not true, but if it was I think he should be released as soon as a replacement can be got in as attacking a player could effect the club in a major way, if such an experienced player was missing and we went out the cup.  I Cant see how anyone would know this information though, IF it happened surely the club could ensure that news of it never got out.

If it's untrue - and let's face it, it sounds it - then it will unify the players.

Think it is amusing that people are so quick to lay blame at Bellamy over the Riise incident.

Think that's the most accurate description so far.

It’s got very little to do with football and most posts so far are based on a desperate need to gossip and not to discuss anything factual, because we haven't got anything factual to discuss. So far we have vague allegings, contradictory stories and a few tabloids typically overegging the lot by inventing sources and knowing the thoughts of senior management.

What goes on on tour stays on tour as many a fine person has said ... so until the club comments, we're going to lock this.

Was wondering how long it would take for this to come out ;D

Anyone know when these were taken - they're obviously at melwood, so either yesterday or this morning? Or are the club sneaking out pics from before the trip to Portugal

the others don't matter - these are the images the club wanted to get out there...

and these two to illustrate the complete lack of even a bruise on Riises legs...

This is so obviously a PR exercise.

Way OTT.

C'mon -- 5 pics of these guys hugging each other? What's next? Shots in the showers with jars of vaseline strewn about?

Anyway ... last day at work and then it's off to the airport tomorrow  ;D

Let's hope we see the same big smiles at 11:00pm on Wednesday ...

Supposedly this weekend, also JAR seems to be able to walk OK, no bruises doesn't look like he's had his legs hacked to pieces with a golf club.

I bet Bellamy didn't even hit his legs, he just hit near his legs to scare him... scare tactics.

So have they come back from a warm weather training camp around the corner from Barca to train at Melwood for 2 days in the freezing cold then travel back to the sun for our game v Barca?

Are we sure? I would have thought they would stay there wats the point in coming back?

These pics could have been taken weeks ago.

Did the club say they were back in this country?
Fought them all the way. Proud to be amongst some great supporters.

Well we heard they would be flying back on Fri or Sat, so I assume they'd come back to Liverpool to train beforehand then fly out on Tuesday.

Yes, Bellamy looks like he's sober, he is not carrying a golf club, Riise's legs have obviously been photoshopped while Dudek is still handcuffed to a goal post.

To be honest i think the pics are great at least to show us fans that we dont need to worry about the players commitment.

I just dont get why we have bothered coming back? Time spend mucking around at airports and flying could be spent relaxing in the sun watchin tapes of Barca last night.

Just seems bloody daft.

I'm sure the players and staff would have wanted to see and spend some time with their families, though?
