An incredible night, absolutely lived up to expectation. I saw them during the summer supporting Future Islands but this was the real deal. Parquet Courts now next week!

That is my jam...'Getting lost on B roads in North Wales'...the new album from SATRA Sounds...to follow my debut entitled 'Arguments in Aberystwyth'. Expect some chilled out soft-rock, with a splattering of pedal steel, tasteful drums, and nothing too noisy...,maybe some fuzz guitar but really far back in the mix...traces of ambient soundscapes scraped off Brian Eno's cutting room floor...and 'deep' lyrics with inscrutable narratives.well, I know what I'm doing with my weekend now. Holing up in my spare room with my 8 track and making this dream a realityOccupying the kids and eating too much.
