Not as far as I know. Just a feeling I have based on EFC publicising the contract offer they have made to him, it's almost as if they're saying to Chelsea (or the Mancs), beat this and he's yours, we need money for a whole new attack...oh, and midfield....... oh yeah, and the defense needs a bit of work too  ;D

Can anyone see the shite staying up next season? Even if they do offload rooney it's hard to see them using the money to get in the right players

Maybe you're right, if so the reason Nyarko is leaving is because his work permit has not been renewed, EFC being a daft bunch gave him a contract for one year longer than his work permit... ;D
