Mexes rejects United

According to Sky sports news Mexes has rejected a move to Manchester United because he would not be guaranteed first team football. The move was expected to be in the region of £15 million!  :o  That is 3 times the amount of the deal linking him to Roma.

The £15 million figure is probably exaggerated to inflate his value, and may include the value of the contract (European papers/clubs/fans often seem to include the value of the contract in the overall 'price').
