Steamed maybe, not boiled. Not that steamed veg tastes any better.
correct about steamed, I should have said that.
anyhow - taste shouldn't be the only criterion for everything you eat. if it is, why not just eat chocolate every meal, followed by ice cream for dessert? veggies are good for you, everyone knows that. putting a few on your plate along with stuff you find tasty, and not smothering them with god knows what ... it isn't that big a deal.
