yeah agree we were much better when we switched him to midfield against Arsenal, looking at the team though he looks nailed on to start in Mo's position

A bit light on the bench beyond Gakpo and Nunez (you wouldn't expect Ali to come in) but that's to be expected with all our injuries. But a strong enough starting 11.

Will be interesting to see how Elliot features - I think he'll be quite important in knitting the midfield and attack. Up the Reds!

To be honest there doesn't look to be many goals in that team today. Nunez misses sitters all day long but at least they fall to him or he creates them and I suppose the hope is that he'll finally start putting most of them away so it's interesting having him on the bench.

Especially with Jota playing, he hardly scores anything.

it is disappointing, but i'd have Gordon playing ahead of him tonight everytime based on how they've both played in our cup games

This is one of their biggest matches in years, arguably since their Europa League final appearance in 2010, so they are not going to be easy.

Underestimate Fulham at your own peril, our team must be on it having had the odd tendency to be sloppy against teams lower in the league in recent months.

Shame TAA being out meant that Beck doesn't get a start but at least Bradley does. Only issue with Elliott starting means that all 4 of our fit senior midfielders are playing and there is no1 to come off the bench.

Hopefully we can do the job here and get a couple of goals.
