Didn't really know where to put this but thought this would be the best place for now (mods feel free to move if not)

So Amazon have been trying to deflect some of the negative PR thrown at them on social media by having 'real' employees tweet about their 'positive' working experience.

Some of it if taken as singular tweets can make it appear quite innocent. As twitter is twitter, people have been doing more of a deep dive into these people and found some to be quite sinister. Including some questioning union involvement, pay being amazing and making them realise that it wasn't Amazon making them depressed but themselves.

It appears that Amazon are now closing the accounts (or at least removing the offending tweets). But some of them are really cringe

Clearly a company that delivers what people in general want but I think so many journos have lifted the lid on Amazon fulfillment centers now that no one has any illusions of what the places are like. Long hours, lots of steps, poor pay, no benefits and treat human beings like robots. It seems an odd choice for a company that makes ginormous profits that it can’t stop and reconsider how the lowest level of but pretty important people are paid.
