What I don't get is that people still take up the habit - how fucking thick do you have to be these days as a teenager to choose to take up a habit that will cost thousands a year and fuck your body? I've told my kids that they never knew their Nan because ciggies gave her cancer and killed her before they were born. I want them to hate them so much they never even try them.

They fucking stink too, the lifts in work smell like an ashtray and if you get in with a bunch of smokers on their way back up from the smoking area they reek.

Coming back from holiday and then taking public transport to get home.

Case in point - got back from Berlin yesterday. Love the place, been a few times. It has a really eclectic mix of interesting, quirky people and places but never do you see any trouble. It's a fantastic place and I could really imagine myself living there.

Then I get back to Manchester and have to face the tram full of mutant scrotes. Feet on seats, shite scally clobber, spitting, swearing... generally acting like moronic shits.

There is a guy in work who sadly (for him) has a hand like Jeremy Beadle/a Monster Munch, naturally I feel sorry for him and his deformed hand. What annoys the fook out of me is he wears a headset constantly, even when not on the phone, but insists on waving you away when you approach to ask a question. Its an arrogant, dismissive wave which literally makes my blood boil. He done it again today, went over to ask a quick question and he just waved that fooking Lobsters Pincer at me!

Aye i had a similar one about 5 years ago too.
This fucker went on holiday leaving a trail of destruction behind him..double booked lads on different sites etc,ultimately as a direct result it cost the company a major contract.
To cut a long story short they eventually let go of over half the workforce.
He is still there too..you couldn't make it up.

Ferne McCann: Towie star fights tears after boyfriend's charge

A reality television star said she hoped to be the "best mother she could be" during her first interview since the father of her unborn baby was charged following an acid attack at a London nightclub.
Towie's Ferne McCann appeared on This Morning after her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins was charged with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
Speaking of the charge, Ms McCann, who is 12 weeks pregnant, held back tears.
"It's been very stressful", she said.

The 26-year-old added: "This isn't how I imagined my first pregnancy to be, but this isn't about me, or the situation, my main priority is the baby".
Arthur Collins, 25, from Hertfordshire, is accused of 14 counts of grievous bodily harm with intent and one of throwing corrosive fluid on a person at the Mangle E8 club in Hackney on 17 April.
But despite the "surreal situation", The Only Way is Essex star said her pregnancy had kept her "feeling positive".
She told the ITV show hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby: "It had been such a stressful, surreal situation to be in, but I'm actually feeling good, feeling positive, because I'm pregnant.
"The future for me, I'm not going to say it's going to be easy, but I'm excited and I just want to be the best possible mum I can be."
