Certainly not the worst first half of the season.

When did we become so boring with the ball. Sad to see.

A real puzzler. We’ve been one of the most exciting attacking sides under Klopp but over the last 4 or 5 games we’ve becoming so boring. Endless passing it around at the back, no patterns of play, slow on the ball, punt it long.

The architects of our own downfall again with stupid balls out of the back.

Gakpo unlucky not to make it 2-0.

We're not good enough, unfortunately but hopefully can steel 3 points here and maybe they'll keep us dreaming for another week.

We are finished as a side. Yeah we may go on to sneak this game but there is something very very wrong with this group of players all of a sudden.

It’s strange since the 4 v 3 defeat to Man Utd

Salah has come back and looked a shadow of his former self

Poor game management at the end but it wasnt the worst performance.

That says more about how bad we've been in other games than it does about today...

Do we even have any tactics these days? No matter who we play and if they turn the tempo up even a little bit, we don't know what to do. Midfield is first to be changed again.

Yeah it's called being tired. Half of them have been run into the ground and the other half have spent months being injured. Get a grip.
Gravenberch and Harvey have been run into the ground?
Endo maybe, he looks like he needs a rest.

We’ve become the worst thing you can say about a team. Soft. Losing or backing out of 50/50s, playing the safe pass, no intensity whatsoever. 45 mins to keep the title challenge alive. Can’t afford to wait 15 mins to make subs.

Yep. Just concede at will too. I personally think the season was done with Atalanta so little to say now, hope the next manager can sort this defence out, it's become terrible now. A lot were happy with the clean sheet the other night but Atalanta didn't look like they were that bothered about a goal, they'd have got a couple if they'd fancied.

Glad that we got the free kick from Trent. Finally some real quality on display. Would get Jota off as he doesn't look up to the level yet, and you could change the whole midfield as it's been anonymous.

Thought we were good value for our lead. Then a complete and utter lack of a plan with the ball from our own area results in an aimless long ball and chaos at the back, again.

Sending another team in at half time full of hope when they should be dead and buried. Our lack of a ruthless streak is killing us when we’re completely incapable of keeping the opposition at arm’s length.

Our inability to manage a game has fucked this season, so many stupid passes at the back inviting pressure which we can’t handle these days.

Arsenal or City get ahead and will mostly just see it out. We need at least 3 to be vaguely comfortable because we're so easy to play through.

As brittle as the Brendan teams.

thought robbo was out of position for their goal, that pulled VVD out, Thought Alison could have saved that,
At least Gravenberch gives much needed energy in midfield.

Haha I'm kidding, Peter Drury mentioned it about 3 times along with Paulinho making the most tackles. Felt like he'd forgot where he was up to on his page and started the chapter from the beginning.

Well hurrah for me anyway.

On that note we need to be running at Paulinho any opportunity as he is probably one or two fouls away from a 2nd yellow

We have actually been fine but the reaction in here is over the top.

We've been ok but not ruthless enough either in our attack or defence. Just needed to see that half out but invited pressure on. Fulham haven't been very good and we just need to be more decisive in both boxes.
It's wonderful, it's marvellous, it's 3-3

We take about 10mins to start an attack. Playing side ways at the back for like 10 mins. A lot of passes between Alisson VVD Endo Quansah and Trent. We are sooo slow

Very unlike us that, Jill.

Our biggest issue is having got the first goal we didn't get the second. Think of the shot that Gakpo had it was going in, but somehow the goalie pushed it over the goal. Had we got to 0-2 that would have given us some breathing space. That's why I'm saying we've had chances.

Just keep it and see out the half lads…!!

There’s a big bench here perfect for carrying us over the line.

Need to be careful now - desperately need to see some creativity too from open play. We need another goal here - we need it first.
