That’s fucking ridiculous.

You should be able to buy one ticket then enter your son in the ballot - not as if there’s any chance that he ends up with one and you don’t (which would be more understandable).

In 2022 I entered my then 13 year old son into the ballot on his own as me and my brother were already sorted as we had the aways, and he got a ticket via the waiting list, no problem although I think I paid full price, not sure if that made a different

Since they introduced age checks when purchasing, this is no longer possible

8 years ago everyone with 3 homes was guaranteed a final ticket.

What success does, but also the allocations are disgusting.

Yeah it’s a combination of a lot of things.

Personally, when Klopp goes it might take the shine off the club and a lot of the day trippers might go back to watching on the tele. Gutted to see him go but selfishly, I might be able to go to more games again

Oh yeah but we didn't get any more tickets for the final...

Offcourse the grand expansion has made a difference but we are seeing more sign up to autocups now too.

I honestly think if they stop people from freely sharing tickets (which is a lesser evil of touting to benefit yourself) it’ll be easier to get to these finals.

It’s easy to get on the domestic cup ladders, people have just got onto it more now.

If you've done that in the belief you'd get a final ticket you've got yourself to blame to be honest... why would you get a ticket with 2/5 games

All homes and 1 away has literally been criteria to be guaranteed a final ticket for about 20 years

Does anyone know whether if you enter the ballot separately, you can still buy together IF both are successful in the ballot?

Yep you can. Everyone who is successful in the ballot will be sent a unique link and as long as the people you want to go with are on your F&F and qualify, then you can buy seats together in the same transaction.

Probs mean's he got them from someone else and now doesn't have a final ticket because they're going

It's the boat I'm in, today was game 34 of 34 for me, I don't currently have a Wembley ticket, but I knew that when taking the spares for the aways...
I'm on the LC away ladder, just not high enough to have got Bournemouth or Fulham

Hoping I get a lucky number in the ballot

I went to Fulham on someone else’s membership as well.

At the end of the day if it’s a choice between not getting a Wembley ticket whilst still going to Fulham or just not getting a Wembley ticket and not going to Fulham then I’d obviously rather the former out of the two.

Luckily managed to get Arsenal on my membership for the Fa Cup so that will be easier if we get there providing I don’t get fucked by someone taking a 9k allocation in the quarter final.

Exactly you'd rather be there than not wouldn't you, then figure out the next game as it comes. Sure most regulars will get sorted for this given the allocation
Your best bet is hoping for an away in the QF, most prem teams would take a lot, bmouth probably the exception to those left in

Yeah exactly although I’m hopeful that whoever we get I should be alright with Norwich and Soton/Watford given we should be at full capacity by that point, would rather avoid that chance though so someone crap away would be ideal.

Watford won't take more than 3k, if that... Southampton probably take 4-6k

Not sure we will be fully full.

Wont be fully fully full till next season, away end and back row of annie lower aint getting opened till then

Why would you think going to 2 games gets you a ticket over someone going to 3 or 4?

Away games don't count as double.

I went to Norwich and Preston plus all the homes and didn't get a Wembley ticket 2 seasons ago.

That's the system isnt it.

If it wasn't, then I wouldn't have gotten those tickets anyway

Yeah can't see anything there.

You need to click on the ‘Register interest’ tab, it won’t come up on the usual ticket page (which is only for actually buying match day tickets).

Looks like you do have to register a junior as a junior and therefore cannot enter kids separately in the ballot. That’s a pain as I had hoped to apply for 2 singles to increase the chances of getting at least 1.
