Am absolutely shocked that Warrior have the cash to pull this off...   I think New Balance bought them out completely, but still...   This is essentially a lacrosse outfitter, who transformed themselves from strictly making lacrosse equipment to now being a Under Armour-lite kind of company.

I guess those Fenway Sports Marketing ties to FSG are paying dividends already.

If its anything like uniteds deal then the 25mn is also for Warrior directly earning the money of shirt sales up to a certain level beyond which there will be a profit sharing agreement. So we have likely contracted out some of our shirt sales which is fine given the price.
