As much to do with politics as it is anything else in my opinion.

If Crawford gets his hand on Spence and Pac Man he would be the first guy to do it as he beats both for me without too much bother.

I reckon Naz would have done this back in the day at SBW and FW but Politics again scuppered him

Saw an interview with Joe earlier. Liam training with Manny Robles in LA at present, which he wasn’t told about. Parker could opt for Andy Lee next based on Tyson Fury’s recommendation as trainer. Joshua Buatsi will now be working with Virgil Hunter.

Fury v Joshua apparently being delayed till November.  Gives Fury a chance for a warm up fight and AJ  taking on his WBO mandatory in Usyk.

Edit- Warren saying the fight will be announced soon. Fuck knows what's going on.  :butt

I don't mind them delaying it if it means they can do it at Wembley or something, but I don't want AJ going within a mile of Usyk in the meantime.

Don't want either of them fighting above Maltese title level until it happens.

Sad to hear of the passing of Marvellous Marvin Hagler. From a golden era of boxing and his battle with Thomas Hearns is one of my favourite fights ever.

The best thing about that round is any other Middleweight/Super Middleweight, Light Heavyweight that night would've been on the floor knocked the fuck out with the bombs Hearns was coming out with that night.  Granite chin isn't the half of it with Hagler.

If you didn't know it was the first round and never seen it before you would assume it was the last round and both corners had told their man it was an even fight, and they had to go for it. What a truly golden age that was.

Hearns was known as a brutal puncher yet Hagler from the bell just sprinted across the ring and tried to knock him out with his first punch. No trying to get your range or trying to time your punches, nope just try and take his head off with your first punch. The saying fighting fire with fire was never more pertinent.

It wasn't Hagler's natural style either, but like you say, he just went out and fought fire with fire, and came out on top.  Amazing fighter.  RIP
