If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.
Against certain teams/tactics he's boss, if we can remember how to take corners he should be a threat the other end. More than happy to keep him at the club next season for rotation, if he's happy with that. Helps with the association trained quota.
