I was thinking of going to this especially 2 mins after the dates were released as flights were only £44 return. Spoke to a mate to sort it, logged back on and flights had doubled. They're now nearly £300 for the same £44 flight! Thieving bastards. Can't afford it at the moment :(

They normally go on general sale around a week before the game and then pick the tickets up at the stadium

Booked flights from Dublin. This might be a stupid question but how would you get tickets for the Liverpool section of the stadium?

Do non season ticket holders have any chance of getting tickets? Have been to a few away CL games in the past and always relied on 'locals' to get us tickets. Would rather get them via the club to be honest.

8 of us Going Manc to Barca - 1 night of the game in Madrid and a night after in Barca. Cant wait.

Hiring a 9 seater in Barca to drive there and back got it all for £110 (flights, rent a car & hotels in both cities).

NOTE: - .....We weighed up the train option and priced it at £71 cheapest on day of the game and back so if anyone is looking that's the price to be paying on the official Spanish transport website www.renfe.com. DONT FALL TO THESE English WEBSITES THAT TAKE A £30 CUT FOR SORTING YOU OUT. if you don't prebook for the train as my mate knows some people who live in Barca the train price goes up massively apparently. Also you have to use Passport number for I.D purposes when booking.

I went to Udinese away which was are biggest allocation the last season we were in Europe with 2000. Id say only 1500 tickets got sold, take into account the other two games from that group stage anzi and young boys maybe 2000-2500 were sold in total. So after everyone has been sorted who has aways from season 2012-13 Udinese, Young boys, Anzi I recon the last 1000 tickets if we get a 3500 (which is around what previous teams got) allocation will got season ticket holders and then members with no previous aways. I cant imagine them going as far back as Braga which was the last game of the other previous season in Europe.

Also its been confirmed they are taking aways from Udinese, Young Boys and Anzi to get tickets in the first sale.

Madrid away tickets may well go on sale to all members due to the allocation, but probably no chance of a general sale.

Agreed. Can't see us getting more than 3500

I'd say if you have a 2012 UEFA away you are guaranteed a ticket and if you are a season ticket holder or member with no away you should get the option to buy one. Unless they do a season ticket sale first and they all go without doing a member one.

Is that the old fancard membership thing or a reference to season ticket holders?

to be honest I always thought it would be slim chance anyway but will try my luck if I can get hold of 2 somehow.

Fancard membership mate - However that's only if they don't do a season ticket sale first and they all go. Which hopefully isn't the case as I have mates with no aways and fancards that need to get some too.

All depends on what allocation we get IMO

I have no aways in europe the last year we were in europa only hearts away, but have full european away credits for the years before it, hoping I get one as I am all booked. liverpool to barca on the monday then back on wednesday £200 for flights, train and hotel, not bad!

Yea cant see them going to the qualifiers mate to be honest. Not sure if they have done it before. I only really think it will be Anzi, Udinese and Young Boys.

I'd be over the moon if they put Braga on there tho as me mates have that but can't see it happening. Never know tho!

Decent price to mate!
