Something about Raheem Sterling and getting 10-15 mins or something.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

Ball.In.Net.

It should look something like this - pass it around the team before we go on.

Losing your only chance of silverware this season to your city rival. At home. With the most expensive squad ever assembled.

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.

Probably due to get all the luck we have been missing all season, so we will waste it against Norwich away, win 8-0, and then go back to our normal unabletoscoreness for Fulham and the cup final.

Early in the season I was nervous about going against these guys.  They aren't easy to beat at home, especially when your going in as an off-form team.  I think our head is probably on the FA cup now, and we aren't putting much more into league unfortunately.

Shelvey and Coates getting games here should be sweet. And a Sterling cameo. Don't really bother about the result.

I would make serious changes for this match.

We no longer have an advantage over Chelsea when it comes to resting players etc.

Let's play the likes of sterling, shelvey etc- rest henerson, luis, gerrard etc

Kenny comes off ther bench and nets two...shows Lius how to avoid the woodwork.  Players then realize that the point is to put the ball between the sticks .

Resting players, really?
We surely need to find a semblance of form and cohesion before the final, perhaps even score a goal or a dozen.

Play really well for 20 minutes, think "Oh shit, we haven't scored yet!", proceed to shit ourselves. If we're lucky we'll make it to HT without conceding. Think it could be 2-0 Norwich.

We shouldn't be resting players when there is a week between this match and the final.  Perhaps we could be resting for the home game against Fulham on tuesday, but surely not a whole week before.

My team:

               Reina

Kelly     Skrtel  Agger    Enrique

Bellamy  Spearing Gerrard  Maxi

              Carroll Suarez

Bench: Doni, Johnson, Carra, Henderson, Shelvey, Downing, Kuyt.

I would like to see Sterling in the squad but if everyone is fit I can't see Kenny throwing him in.

Any players carrying knocks to get time off to recover, give 3-4 squad players some minutes.

Carroll to score in win.

They could have a load of players sent off and the ref awards us the win. So we could practice play acting rather than finishing...
