Early in the season I was nervous about going against these guys. They aren't easy to beat at home, especially when your going in as an off-form team. I think our head is probably on the FA cup now, and we aren't putting much more into league unfortunately.

I would make serious changes for this match.

We no longer have an advantage over Chelsea when it comes to resting players etc.

Let's play the likes of sterling, shelvey etc- rest henerson, luis, gerrard etc

Kenny comes off ther bench and nets two...shows Lius how to avoid the woodwork. Players then realize that the point is to put the ball between the sticks .

We shouldn't be resting players when there is a week between this match and the final. Perhaps we could be resting for the home game against Fulham on tuesday, but surely not a whole week before.
