Was over in Dublin for the win against the Irish - those few minutes after Harry Wilson's goal were some of the best following Wales. Finally got over our Irish hoodoo!
Was on the flight home with Giggs, Ashley Williams, Chester, Lawrence, Woodburn, Danny Ward, James McClean and James Chester. I can confirm that James Chester is one of the nicest people I've met! James McClean was nice too - he and Ashley Williams seemed to be good mates.
Saw Hennessey, Arter, Doherty and someone else Irish too. Blew my little sleep-deprived, hungover mind.
Some rumours about Woodburn's seeming decline have surfaced too, from a fair few of the Welsh fans who are slightly connected, that he's let his early "success" get to his head. Don't know if it's true or just nonsense, but he came over way more cocky than the other players, but that's no indicator. I'd be the cockiest fucker alive if I was scoring for Wales and Liverpool at 16!
Think not starting for Sheffield United should ring some alarm bells for him, however.
