Another 3 points in our quest for the title, and as Tommo said at this time of the season it's all about results rather than performances.

My gripe today is not about our performance ... I thought we did pretty well given that we played Boro and the officials!

I thought Andy D'urso had an awful game ... we barely got a free kick and should certainly have had at least one penalty when Emile was pulled back when through on goal - he'd have made sure he was well sighted to give it at the other end. Then a couple of minutes later he gave a corner when it was obvious to all [except him!] that it was a goalkick - fortunately Vladi was there to head off the line - so it could easily have been 1-1 when instead it should have been 2-0!

Add to that the booking of Didi for a good tackle and you see what we were up against.

Having said that, Boro did play well so it is a great result. Well done lads let's keep it going right to the end.

Agreed, Emile had his shirt ripped by that challenge! What has got to happen? The shirt ripped completely off the lads back?

Still there is nothing like a sweet victory by the reds. Me hangover has gone and i literally skipped home from the pub  . I don't care what happens for the rest of the weekend as i'm glowing from another win .

D'Urso had a shocker all match, we were pretty grim up until we scored  . Set up beautifully for everyone else to try and catch us up!

The lads were defo not firing today, but no matter. We got the points and looked comfortable enough after we'd staved off Boros early enthusiasm.

A decent display without really breaking sweat ahead of Tuesday night.

There was also an incident towards the end. b4 they got their goal I think.  Where Anelka was clearly shoved to the ground by Festa and with the ref only 10 yards away I was absolutely shocked a free-kick wasn't given.

Boro has had more possesion, more shots, more corners, all the stats favour them, except the only ont that matters, the little blue box in the top left hand corner (talking about the score box)

I didn't see the game yesterday, but got the impression that D'Urso was having a mare from the commentary.

Ah well, I'm not bothered, that we didn't play too well.  I'm just glad that we bagged the 3 points.

It wasn't a hard game to referee and any half-decent ref would have made a good job of it.

That D'Urso didn't speaks volumes for his ineptitude.
