He was offside anyway wasn’t he?

Don’t think so. He was behind the ball when Salah passed to him.

Had to watch the 2nd half with the sound down but thought we made hard work of that. Should have been far more controlled.

With that said after Saturday it was very important to get a win and we did so all good.

If we can get 6 points against Toulouse, that'll should be enough to top the group hopefully.

I think 3 would be enough, it seems the rest of them are at the same level.

Have we seen a proper replay of Jota winning the ball on the halfway line just before the goal? Looked like a bit of 'hand if god' moment.

Have to agree regarding Jota. He was absolutely rubbish aside from taking his goal well.

No matter. 3 points and on we go.

He isnt a left sided forward though so was doing a job he shouldnt be doing. His off the ball work was still good though to be honest

These Europa games seem very drab, wish we were in the CL. Of course things will get more interesting after the quarter-final stage.

Wow, that second half was dogshit. I know Jota scored at the end, but I felt that was his worst game in a long time. Think only Gravenberch performed tonight, the rest were half asleep.

Trent, Quansah and Konate all did well i thought.

The big advantage is that it gives a chance for youngsters some experience.

Pity Kelleher and Bajetic were injured and Doak didn’t get on the field.

I think 3 would be enough, it seems the rest of them are at the same level.

Want the group won mathematically ideally which it would be if we win the 2 Toulouse games and the other 2 take points off each other (possibly 4 points).

In reality though the other teams in the group are massively raising their game against us (Lask the same) so we're finding it a bit tough in second gear and with a much rotated side. The Toulouse games will be another slog.

No Yellow cards or Red Card in 90 minutes

I don't understand I thought we were the new Wimbledon

The cards we're getting in the PL off the crooks are mostly a nonsense. Not every late tackle is a yellow card or 4 very harsh reds and all the other bollocks we're getting yellows for.

The game was shite tonight but at least you're not tearing your hair out with refs all game. A PL ref would have sent us over the edge tonight after Saturday.

Phew! Not relishing the return fixture if we play like this again. ;D

Good job we had Ali!

Really? Aside from the save after the Mac mistake was Ali particularly pivotal today? Thought it was a routine early Europa League kinda game to be honest -- job done, a few players getting some match fitness, nobody over-exerting themselves. All good!

Very strange game, little tempo.

Nune should score and their keeper makes 3 very good saves, so could have been much easier, but felt like we were dragged down to their level.
But another win, rested some key players, Trent back. All good.

Bizarre foul on Endo that I can't believe wasn't even given as a free kick!

Aye I wasn’t too fussed about it. Hard to get into the feel for the Europa League but it’s what we’re in so need to settle for it.

I don’t think we did too bad, very clearly the objective was to get into the first half with a lead and probably bigger than 1 - 0 and then protect the ones who got subbed off. However got the job done so cant complain. Ryan Gravenberch was superb I must say, really good all round action performance and esp the first half.
