Free Liverpool Concerts in 1980's ....?

Chatting with mate and we're trying to recall line ups at two free concerts in Liverpool in 80's...One was at St.Georges Plateau..think Wah! and Aswad played...and One at old Manm Islsnd....Billy Bragg and Tony Benn spoke...tried Google but cant find anything....anyone out there with better memories than us?

Found out they where called The Peoples Festivals..first one had Aswad and Wah plus others...second had Billy Bragg Icicle World and Tonny Benn speaking....would like to know who else was in Bills

https://www.setlist.fm/venue/peoples-festival-liverpool-england-43d4339f.html - this has dates for 1984 and 1985 edition. But no more info than the bands you've already got, I'm afraid.
