It’s mystifying Elliott isn’t on the pitch in midfield

At least mark a player and compete. Then pass quicker. We’ll win this but boy do we make it hard for ourselves.

I think Klopp is as flat as the performance.  Digging in has got us through this season, eventually that runs out.

Fucking astounding comment

If you are tired of this team fuck off then. Won't be missed with comments like this

Ah yes. A poster overreacts as a vent and then others jump on it (also venting just in a different way) to the overreaction. A half time thread tale as old as RAWK.

We need to start this second half how we mean to start the game in Italy on Thursday. All or nothing.

We dominated United in the FA Cup and League games, our forwards' finishing was just woeful.

The performances in the last game and a half are a new phenomenon, the players' mentality seems to have really dropped,
and our defensive concentration has fallen off a cliff.

Every team dominates Utd though. Bournemouth did yesterday.

Looks like the team has lost all confidence - whether thats due to Utd results or not i’m not sure - but theres no belief out there and the other teams can sense it.

I can’t see a way back without some real luck

There is a second half yet, perhaps wait and get to the end of the game.

If we get a chance I also don’t have any confidence in our forwards sticking it away

We’ve hit the bar and Diaz very close. We don’t need to be great here to win. Just a little more competent.

Palace could have easily had at least one more though, it's been piss poor.

Jurgen has some serious work to do at half time. We are a rabble, exemplified by the number of times that players end up challenging for the same ball.

If we tackled their midfield with as much vigour as they’ve been tackling each other we wouldn’t be 1-0 down.

Get Jota and Trent on. thats the only hope.

Nunez isnt going to do anything for us. He just isnt switched on at all.

Both players have been out for some time so I wouldn't expect too much of either player just yet. Be nice to bring them on if we were 3-0 up with 15 minutes to go, but that's not going to happen right now.

We conceded 28 shots to them in the FA cup. We had a load of the ball in the second half, but to say we dominated them in that match is a bit much. In the league for sure. That was an ass whooping in all but the score line.

I just can't get over how difficult it is for us to score now. Makes zero sense.

united didnt do jack shit. if there was no pressure on this team, we would have would have won that game 7 0 again. Some of the players are just not able to cope with the pressure either through inexperience of weaker mentality.
